2. It is punctuated with a question mark at the end.

3. In English an interrogative sentence normally changes the word
order so that the verb or part of the verb comes before the
subject.

Example:

1. Am I Tom?
2. Is this your book?

The above type can be answer3e with 'Yes' or 'No'

In the other kind of interrogative sentence, the question is asked
using an interrogative word, 'what', 'which', 'when', 'where',
'who'. This type of question cannot be answered with 'Yes' or
'No'. Examples:

1. What is your name?

2. Which book is yours?

3. When did you come home yesterday?

4. where is your home?

5. Who is your teacher?
